Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, water, sea salt, olive (to coat) This is a thin crust, low puff Neopolitan or NYC style crust with deep flavor from slow sourdough fermented recipe. Thaw frozen balls 24-48 hours in refrigerator. Take out 1 hour before use to soften (no need to let proof or further rise). Hand form into approx. 14in pizza or two personal sized pizzas. Cook on a pizza stone or pan in a home oven at high temp 515 F or as high as your oven will allow for about 10 minutes or until a browning you desire. This dough is designed for high heat and works with pizza ovens and BBQ grill. Will not bitter or scorch before the pizza is done! A pizza oven may take as little as a few minutes when running at 600+ degrees. Coat with coarse semolina instead of fine flour when dusting for high heat cooking.
