Education & Outreach

We believe anyone can cook like a chef in their own home. In addition to our recipe blog where we share Chef crafted dishes, we partner with local organizations to host workshops and demonstrations.

Quality Ingredients

Our standard recipe uses two ingredients: Semolina and water. We source Durum Semolina flour and specialty grains made in the USA which serve as a base for all of our specialty pastas.

Old World Methods

Our traditional techniques of extrusion, air drying, and using brass dies, and producing in small batches allow us to create classic Italian pasta with top quality flavor and texture.
